THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AT THE VENUE, SO PLEASE CAR SHARE WHERE POSSIBLE.

Race details
9 mile/2,800ft course visiting the summits of Tal y Fan & Moel Lus, with 5 CPs,  all of which must be visited in order.
Please arrive at HQ in time to register and pick up your race bag. Registration will take place between 11:00 – 12:30pm for a 1 o’clock start.  There is a 5 minute walk to the start
Entry limit 100 - online entry (preferred) https://www.fabian4.co.uk/default.aspx?EventID=3764 @ £6 for WFRA members (£2 supplement for non-members) which includes RaceTek electronic timing, a race map (non-waterproof) & refreshments,  including soup/roll at HQ after the race. There will be a few EOD places available, at the increased fee of £9.
Minimum age is 18yo on race day. (Experienced 16 year olds may be considered eligible to run based on discussion with Neal Hockley)
There will be a cut-off time of 1hr 30mins at CP2 before the climb up Tal y Fan.
The race isn’t for consideration as a fun-run – mountain experience/navigation skills are required. I hope to be able to lead at least one recce of the route before race day in order to boost the confidence of wavering first-timers! Keep an eye on the Gladstone9 FB page, where I will publicise the date(s).
Safety pins will not be provided.

The bar will be serving drinks all day – inside & outside – and we’d love it to have some custom!!
