LLANDUDNO EASTER 5K PROMENADE DASH SATURDAY 8th APRIL

4 Eryri Harriers were amongst the 310 finishers in the Nice Work Race Management organized event https://www.nice-work.org.uk/

Dion Griffith (Menai Track & Field) led everyone home in a time of 15:46 (A 45 second PB for Dion) as he was chased all the way by Eryri’s Noa Vaughan 15.53 (A 28 second PB for Noa) as he held off 3rd placed Tomos Land (Gog Tri-Club) 15.54 (Only a 12 second PB for Tomos) Eryri’s Chris Turner finished 15th overall in a time of 18.22 with Gemma Moore finishing 25th overall and 1st female in what was another PB time of 18.50 as she held off Olivia Ashton 18.55 for the win. Arwel Lewis finished 66th overall in a time of 21.54.

The race was run in dry and sunny conditions with just a slight easterly wind.
